These Terms govern your access to and use of Auzork. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Auzork provides AI-search visibility analysis, SEO tools, competitive intelligence, recommendations, content-generation features and related services. Features may change as search engines, AI models and the product evolve.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Prices, limits and included features are shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the available billing controls.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, violate third-party rights, submit unlawful material, or use generated outputs in a deceptive or harmful manner.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Auzork a limited license to host, process and use that content only to provide, secure and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

6. Our intellectual property

The service, software, branding, interfaces, methodologies and proprietary scoring systems are owned by Auzork or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

7. AI output and data limitations

AI responses and search results are probabilistic and can change. Scores, recommendations and generated content are informational and do not guarantee rankings, mentions, traffic or business results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

8. Availability and termination

We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse or address non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auzork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
