Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refund eligibility for Auzork subscriptions.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.

2. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including for unused time, unused allowances, plan downgrades or accidental non-cancellation. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

3. Billing errors and service issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Where a verified billing error or material service failure occurred, we may issue a refund or account credit as appropriate.

4. How to request review

Email billing@auzork.com with your account email, invoice details and a short explanation. We aim to review complete requests promptly.

5. Changes

We may update this policy prospectively. The version displayed at the time of a charge applies to that charge unless applicable law requires otherwise.
